Alright, so as you can see my gallery is gone. I received a message today claiming that I violated some copyright rules. Now my work is entirely my own. I don't copy from anyone and all pieces are created by me and only me in Photoshop.

I can understand if they were referring to me using pictures that obviously others have taken (photographers etc) but if that is the case then shouldn’t every Photoshop album on Deviantart be taken down? As much as I’d like to take my own photos and then use them I’m just not that talented so yes, I get my pictures off of the net like most other Photoshop creators.

If I know who the photographer is, I always give credit no matter what which I also do with the textures I use. Just a few days ago, I posted a journal entry containing all of the resources I use and so on. I also credit the singer/songwriter if I use their lyrics so I really don’t understand where I went wrong.

What struck me as the most odd was when they sent me a note claiming that the one colourization I had in my gallery was taken down. Now that was entirely my own, I didn’t use any textures or anything all I did was change it from a black and white photo to colour.

So yeah, right now I’m not so sure if I want to contact Deviantart about this or not. I do however, want to apologize to all the people who have favourited some of my work only to have it deleted. Thanks to all my watchers and to all the lovely comments I’ve received. You guys are amazing!
